Não vejo a infraestrutura como caixas isoladas.

Vejo sistemas, redes, identidade e segurança como partes do mesmo ambiente — e gosto de trabalhar precisamente na fronteira entre elas.

A minha experiência começou por uma vertente muito prática de suporte, sistemas e web e foi evoluindo para administração de redes, operações de telecomunicações e, posteriormente, infraestrutura empresarial. Hoje trabalho num contexto Enterprise onde um problema raramente pertence a uma única tecnologia.

Posso começar num utilizador sem acesso e acabar a investigar identidade, DNS, certificados, firewall, routing ou uma dependência de um serviço cloud. Posso estar a resolver um incidente de rede, a alterar uma política de Active Directory, a analisar um problema de Microsoft 365 ou a automatizar uma tarefa que deixou de fazer sentido executar manualmente.

É essa transversalidade que mais me identifica: gosto de perceber como as peças se ligam, encontrar a causa real e deixar a infraestrutura melhor do que estava.

01 / About

I don't see infrastructure as isolated boxes.

I see systems, networks, identity and security as parts of the same environment — and I enjoy working precisely where those layers meet.

My experience started with a very hands-on mix of IT support, systems and web administration, then evolved into network administration, telecommunications operations and eventually Enterprise infrastructure. Today I work in an environment where a problem rarely belongs to a single technology.

I can start with a user unable to access a service and end up investigating identity, DNS, certificates, firewall rules, routing or a cloud dependency. I can be troubleshooting a network incident, changing an Active Directory policy, investigating a Microsoft 365 issue or automating a task that no longer makes sense to perform manually.

That cross-layer perspective is what defines me most: I want to understand how the pieces connect, find the real cause and leave the infrastructure better than I found it.
